"We had a great time and enjoyed our stay."

The Staff was friendly and helpful and the location was very close to the event we attended. The room was clean, and comfortable, the pool was great for the grandkids and the free breakfast was a nice little extra. We would definitely stay again...Thank you to the staff at Casablanca!

The ice machine by our room wasn't working and we had to go to the 2nd level for ice, not a big deal but to have that machine working would have been more convenient

"Nice location. But not very clean"

Good location, nice room

Room was not cleaned properly before I arrived. Room was never serviced by house keeping for the entire 5 day visit I was there. Half the lights didn't work in the room.

Location

Rough around the edges. Door frame to bathroom was rusted. Lamp didn’t work. Only enough coffee in the room machine for one morning and not refilled for the next day. Out of date furnishings and wall coverings.

"Nice appearance, relatively clean, well located but needs some improvements"

Room: spacious enough Location: on El Camino Real was fine.

Breakfast: dry toast, processed avocado spread, utilitarian & mostly packaged Room: bed pillows were small squares, needed to stack them and they were barely big enough for your head if you never moved all night. Fountain kept us awake all night - can that thing be turned off 11 - 7?! TV remote control felt like it was dipped in greasy sugar water - clean it!
