Front desk young woman, Laura, was great. Room needs to be updated and cleaned, the old-fashioned dirty recliner removed, and bathroom sink repaired. Hotel claims to be renovating but didn't see any signs of it on the first floor. Coffee lacked flavor, didn't have the breakfast but looked fine.

The hotel is currently going through renovation. JP and KK were very courteous, helpful, and professional. When looking over the initial room I was given, I found false eyelashes on the floor and it was apparent the carpet had not been vacuumed or cleaned in a very long time. KK quickly assigned me to a new room. This one was a little better, without carpet. However, the floor was dirty. Later that first evening, I found pieces of dog food on the floor. The room attendant swept and mopped the floor the second day. Left a lot of water on the floor. Had to use a towel to dry up the excess water so we didn't slip. When I got done, the white towel was practically black. They responded quickly when the toilet stopped working all of a sudden. Got it fixed in about 20 minutes. I was not able to move to a different hotel because my girlfriend and I were in town for her medical procedure and she was not able to move around a lot. Yes you get what you pay for but going through renovations should not take away from ensuring rooms are clean even at a basic level. I am sure this hotel will, one day, return to its old glory. Right now, its a rough work in progress.

Dump. Don't even think about it. Deluxe room gives you a funky side chair that you will not want to sit in. The carpets are matted down. Trust me, no need for a black light. One big petrie dish. AC was a noisy humidity maker. The place is just gross. All this for more than $100 a night. Go elsewhere.

I choose the hotel because they advertised a restaurant and bar. Both were permanently closed. The breakfast was not good
