Always great!!!!

Our room was very unkempt. When we got to the elevator to find our room, one of the elevators did not work. When we boarded the working elevator, we noticed the lights indicating the floor levels did not respond to the correct floor, which alarmed us. Then, in our room, my daughter had an allergic asthma attack. She is allergic to mildew, mold, and cigarette smoke. The room had white powder scattered all over the carpet, especially in the corners. It smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. The bathroom had a sticky substance on the shower handle. There were burn marks on the carpet, and the furniture was scratched and damaged. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe in the space. As my daughter continued having asthmatic symptoms within the first ten minutes that continued getting worse, we left and found a different hotel to stay at. We have asked for a refund, but have not heard back from anyone.

Stained toilet , mold in shower tub , sticky floors, dirty carpets, hair in bed , overall terrible smell I understand it’s an outdated property and the price per night reflects it, but lack of cleaning has no excuse

Hotel needed work, had tried to be updated but was not finally completed. Showered out of soap. Curtain falling off curtain rod, vinyl base trim off the wall lying on the floor. Front of toilet was dirty. Needed more towels. Bed was comfy, ac was loud and needed to be finished what was started wiring. Hall way was all banged up and 1 elevator was broken. The other one not far from needing repair.

Needs new mattresses. Keep remodeling

Front elevators did not work due to renovations. Roaches seen in room. Carpets and bathroom were dirty

Shower did not work

Lots of street noise. I was assigned a 1st level room and there’s a major intersection at the corner of the parking lot
