Express Suites Riverport Inn & Suites

June 13-14 2025. Very nice stay for 2 nights. Polite employees and very clean. There is a pool but we didn't swim. Beds were a little hard but I'm a little picky. Ice machine on every floor except the 3rd floor (was out of order). Breakfast was 7-9 and was good. Hot coffee, bagels, cereal etc. I would stay again.

Rooms were dirty. There was thiick soap scum on the back of where the bottles of shampoo that was black, also linen on one bed seemed to be dirty so we asked about possibly them changing it out and they were going to hand us bedding from front desk. We were on our way out the door after dropping off luggage so ask if possible to have it done for us. When we returned our door to our room was left propped open by security lock in door, when called they said they were just up there so it hadn't been long which was not the case as my nieces had to go up to their room next to ours and met the girls with sheets as we were heading out of hotel and returned an hour later. I had all kinds of medications, jewelry, money, and my sister had her work computer with. Thankfully it was all intact but not gojng to return.

Great stay. Everything was clean and the front staff was excellent

My room and my parents room were filthy. There were dead bugs on the floor under the lamp. Nothing was dusted.

The front desk ladies were absolutely awesome. So accomodating and helpful. Pool was cold but clean and great for the kids. Nice, clean room. Perfect for our short stay.

Tv remote didn’t work, they fixed it worked tell they left the room, went to front desk and picked up a new remote and that only worked half the time, then to top it off when to the complementary breakfast grabbed a carton of milk and it was stale, so not the best stay

The check in was error free and the property was as expected

There were cobwebs in the room, hair dryer didn't work, & even for 3 nights stay we were told that we wouldn't have any room service unless we asked. And then they still leave an envelope in the room for a tip.

Exceeded our expectations. Loved the walk out patio.
