Great for the price

Room was gross, weird white stains on the couch. Bed was hard as a rock, ac had a birds nest or some type of nest in the vents, could have been mold, toilet seat was broken, weird damp spots on thr wall. Front desk girl was the dumbest person i have ever met. No customer service what so ever.

An older building but the staff are wonderful

Most uncomfortable beds ever. And there was clearly previous water damage in rooms, smelled of mold

The hotel and staff were great. We did not get much for sleep as the people staying above us must've paced all night as the floor was squeaking constantly. So maybe more insulation inbetween levels if possible may help.

The front desk person was very nice and helpful. She made everything very easy and quick which was good because we were tired from traveling all day.

Too expensive for what you get

Great stay overall. The staff were friendly and took care of us promptly. The property is in a convenient location. Out room was clean and ready when we arrived. We even received coupons for the attached restaurant. The only reason for a four star overall review rather them five is that the tub had a drainage issue so it was filling with water during my shower so I was ankle deep by the end. Not a big issue, just worth noting and I’m confines will get fixed. I’ll be back again next year!
