"BW One night stay"

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable.

The food. We went to eat breakfast at 8am. There wasn't much food left. Breakfast is 6-9am. It seems like they did not refill food.

"The lady at checkout was awesome"

The breakfast was very nice coffee great set up with nice area for dining

At check in the guy who checked me in was overbearing. I also had been on the road for hours and I needed to use restroom and he said that it was broke and not available. Then he could not find reservation even though I caved him confirmation number. He was just not friendly and rude. He had to call his boss about the reservation and he only spoke Spanish to her I. Front of me again ride. I had to call him no remote and he acted like I was stipid came down looked for it he could not find it either. Then gave me a remote with dying batteries. Could not even shut it off!
