Room 414 needs some attention. The fridge leaked continuously. I could not close the door without slamming it really hard. The table and chairs have seen better days and the door frame into the bathroom has been patched so many times it looks like something is growing on it. Quite shocking.

I’ve stayed many times before and it’s been excellent, hence the re booking.

The room was average for the price. My key card wouldn’t work, needed to be reset 3 times which left me outside waiting for long periods. I had a few friends come visit during the stay. We were told only guests where allowed to use the pool. I was embarrassed to say the least. I was told this was a new rule. It’s a real shame, I have had incredible stays at the breakers, sadly I will never return.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Well furnished.

Apartment would've benefitted from a washing machine. The tv was a bit small for a lounge.

The resorts other facilities and access to the beach. That's all. Not real value for money though.

The room/flat - unkempt, filthy, dilapidated- needs real fixing. There were roaches and broken doors, the sattelite channels and tv reception is pathetic etc, and yet a full rate is charged. It simply shows the resort management and the owners do not care. It's just a "money-making scheme". People guilty of a lesser crime are reprimanded so WHY shouldn't you people??? It's not value for money. Do u people really think U would stay in a place like this again??? I know I would never

Breakers Resort is wonderful and the kids loved it.

The overall maintenance of the unit is extremely poor. It is in a very run-down condition, with cracked and peeling tiles, damaged and improperly hung curtains, broken cupboards, loose taps, missing fittings, and visible mould. There was also a noticeable issue with cockroaches. While the host made an effort to assist, the extent of these problems requires more than quick fixes. The unit is in need of comprehensive repairs and proper upkeep.
