Clean spacious room and the room came with basement parking. Always a plus to be able to park your car under cover. The Breakers WhatsApp communication regarding daily activities is very good.

Extremely slow service in the restaurant and lounge areas. Noted no waiters at the pool are checking if any one would like something to drink. If you wanted to order you had to go in to the bar / restaurant area.

The apartment was clean and tidy. Maintenance was quick to attend for a flooding issue in the bathroom.

The bathroom needs a revamp. The basin tap and toilet roll holder is loose as well as the shower taps don’t close. That bathtub/ shower combo can be slippery for small kids.

the kitchen and rooms were infested with cockroaches, when reported to the reception, they were kind of aware of this issue in this unit , they offered to send DOOM , we had to check out at the odd hours of the night and relocate to another accommodation , host was very unsympathetic to this situation of ours , pathetic guest service .

The outside seating

Old furniture, bad smell in the room, some of the crockery was dirty.

Breakers has poor cleanliness, the front desk staff literally don't give a damn, the units stink and are mosquito infested, dirty walls, crumbling cupboards and filthy bed linen, absolutely atrocious, it's so alarming that the clients money is taken and the return is so unfair, I will never ever stay with my family at breakers or recommend them to family and friends...
