Does not look like the pictures. Shower temperature wildly fluctuates no matter what you do, walls are very thin and people party here.

One cafe, a superstore which was handy.

A comfortable hotel, that is safe and good value. Is on a bus route to Downtown Dartmouth.

each room seems to have a theme. the 3 rooms i saw were asian inspired, or african inspired..which i guess was kinda cool. The furniture was quite worn, one room smelled stongly of bleach however walking on the floor with white socks or bare feet was not a good idea as the wooden floor was quite dirty. swept but dirty. one room smelled of old cigaret smoke. but i would stay again as hotels in halifax are rediculously priced now. but look for a deal on expedica or some other place as the 200 price they are currently asking is too high.

What a great hotel and location! I hadn't been back to Nova Scotia and my hometown of Dartmouth in 28 years, and to find a nice clean hotel that was in a central location to everything, at an affordable price, was awesome. The staff are super friendly, the hotel is clean with simple but essential conveniences provided... its perfect! Love this hotel!!!!!

When we arrived we asked about the pool and were told there was no indoor pool but that was not was told to me at the time of booking. When we got into the room my wife decided to take a bath but the plug did not work, turned on the a/c and went to dinner when we came back the a/c did not cool the room down , the iron board was missing the top and the bathroom door was missing paint . The windows did not have arms so we could open them for fresh air. Called downstairs to complain we were told in broken English that there is no maintenance man overnight and she could not fix the a/c. Could not leave because every place we called was booked.This is not a boutique hotel. As the owner pulls out in her Volvo and does not care.

We came early and she said to come back in 1/2. We returned said room was not ready. We edited til 3;00pm which was check in time and were told we would have to wait another 20 minutes

It was very well and staff came to show me how the TV worked - very helpful and he was very Handsome too..

Not great restaurant service. Dated, poor upkeep, no hospitality vision.

Very run down rough neighbourhood. Not nice, adequate clean but not anything amazing.
