Acceso facil

La persona de recepción (turno matutino) muy déspota y nada de trato al cliente solicite una factura por mi estancia de 5 días y no la quiso entregar porque "no les pague directamente a ellos" y que lo tenia que ver directamente con Boking qué ellos no estaban obligados a entregar la misma se le explicó o trate de explicar que nunca e tenido problemas en otros hoteles utilizando la plataforma y fue inútil así que ahora no puedo comprobar el gasto de mi estancia

La ubicación es muy buena y la relación precio calidad lo vale. El personal que hace el check in muy amable, con desayuno incluido es muy bastó, solicite mas toallas y el personal de limpieza me las llevo enseguida. En general la atención del personal es excelente.

Le faltaba una puerta al cancel del baño y se mojaba un poco hasta la habitación, creo que el mantenimiento sería un área de oportunidad

TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO POR QUE AL PARECER NO SOY LA ÚNICA. RESERVE POR ESTA APLICACIÓN PAGANDO POR ADELANTADO, AL LLEGAR AL HOTEL ME DIJERON QUE NO TENIAN EL PAGO Y QUE LA APLICACIÓN LES DIJO QUE YO TENIA QUE PAGAR EN EFECTIVO. PAGUE DOBLE LA RESERVACION Y HASTA AHORA NO HE RECIBIDO ACLARACION NI LA DEVOLUCIÓN DE MI DINERO. EL HOTEL SE DESLINDO DE ESTO DESDE QUE LLEGUE.

Es una buena estancia, pero por el precio podrías encontrar algo mejor
