"Great Hotel. Isa was amazing!"

The hotel itself is beautiful, really aesthetic with such a lovely atmosphere. There’s so much to do activity wise, you’re never bored, and the beach is absolutely lovely with table service through a QR code. The beach bar staff were brilliant too. Both in the day and during the evening the entertainment team were absolutely awesome as well, they really added to the whole experience and kept the energy going throughout the trip! The food was good too, loads of different options every day so there was always something for everyone and it never felt repetitive.The staff throughout the whole hotel were brilliant, always happy to help with a smile on their face no matter what you needed. But we just had to write a special shoutout for Isa, what an absolute gem! He was our server in the adults buffet seating area. From day one he made us feel so welcome. Every single day he went out of his way to make sure we were happy, and you could just tell how genuine he was, his kindness wasn’t put on, he was friendly and professional at all times. The little things really stood out too, like the second your drink was empty he was right there asking if you wanted another. Never had to wait, never had to ask, he just noticed. He was so professional but also just really lovely to be around. He honestly made our trip so much better and we can’t thank him enough. Isa, you’re a star, keep doing what you’re doing, you’re brilliant at it!😁🙂⭐

"Simply fabulous!"

We adore Akra and the Tui Blue/Sensatori experience. We’ve had the most wonderful holiday again - we did a week last year and 15 days this year as loved it so much, yet still could have stayed longer! The entertainment is great for kids and adults, and Ever After is especially special for any Disney fans! A particular shout out is needed for Kids Club. We never really planned to use it however our daughter Annabelle asked from the start and loved it so much she kept asking to go! The team there are great and so welcoming, especially Karis and Holly!! Our daughter built a strong bond with Karis and wanted her to come back to England with us, and it was so lovely to see her take a genuine interest in Annabelle too - thank you so much! Another shout out to our favourite bartender Mesut, on the pool bar, Lime Bar. Excellent service two years running and he also took the time to speak to our daughter and teach her some Turkish - she now refers to him as her best friend! The staff are fabulous and made it feel even more special than just a holiday. The whole place is just fabulous and we will definitely be back x

Had a great holiday at Akra Fethiye TUI Blue Sensatori second time here loved the new lay out of the buffet beautiful food was delicious staff were wonderful Meryam was fantastic at doing 3 omelette at a time so professional always had a smile for everyone, the hotel is so beautiful clean all staff were so lovely so professional and very friendly we went to Basilico restaurant the meal was beautiful staff were very friendly especially Naziem was so professional at his job and looked after us such a happy and funny person,All the staff in the piano bar were so friendly especially Deliva she was so lovely we nicknamed her scouser chicken butty , all so in the piano bar Craig was brilliant great singer ,we need to put a big shout out to Jonathon in the piano bar he was absolutely amazing loved him always had time to speak to people with his lovely smile we looked forward to seeing him every night are saying with him was yeh man so professional, Amy the entertainment manager and her staff were amazing so friendly and happy took time out to chat to us and let us know what entertainment was on highly recommend this hotel will be back so thank you.

"Fantastic, Amazing, FABULOUS hotel!"

What a fabulous hotel! They seem to have thought of everything and nothing is too much trouble. A very chilled relaxed atmosphere, lots to do if you want to, or doing nothing, is just fine too! Despite being a large-ish resort, capacity 1500, it still manages lots of personal touches. For instance, my wife likes a particular dessert - they hadn't displayed it for a few days, so she asked the Chef - "We'll make it for you he said" and the next day, there it was! The rooms are a nice size with everything you can imagine already thought of, Slippers, Robes, New last year 49" telly with Netflix (your subscription). Choice of pillows, wide range of toiletries and concessions, choice of pillows, fluffy duvet - REALLY comfy beds! T&C making, Nespresso machine and pods, cold drinks in mini fridge + "crackers"! Everywhere is so clean! Saw the ventilation system for the Buffet being cleaned through the night! Cleaners with long fluffy poles cleaning were the signage above the restaurant door outside! The entertainment is in a grand stage with a proper cast of 6, (NOT animation team, lip synching) doing shows in the Amphitheatre, plus flown in acts from the UK - tribute acts like Cher, or Tom Jones, Robbie Williams or Gary Barlow - twice a week, and there are musicians in the main bar every night. Food AMAZING in buffet restaurant (all newly refurbished at massive cost - curves cost money). Booze; all premium, surprisingly W-i-d-e range You can tell that guests come back year after year, they all seem to know each other and/or the staff!

"Amazing hotel"

Absolutely amazing hotel, from moment we arrived (one of first families since hotel reopened for season) it was 5* quality.. All of the à la carte restaurants were great and varied menus, top shelf alcohol and generous with measures. Ice cream bar was immense, just can not fault this place. Amy and the entertainment crew were just awesome and made our girls days, kids club was brilliant and varied in activities. Thanks again for everyone at this hotel and would highly recommend

"MY COMPLETE (and lengthy) HONESTY"

10 OUT OF 10, 5 STAR, A* GRADE.🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ This is our 8th visit as a family in 4 years. We have convinced more of our close family members to join us as time has went on. This time we had all grandparents with us. I’m writing a thorough review today because the staff went above and beyond during this visit to help my wife organise things to celebrate my 40th birthday. I want to go above and beyond in my review so forgive me for the length of this review. It’s important to mention that I am not the type of person who visits the same hotels and/or resorts again and again. This is the only hotel I have been to more than once. Friends and family will say it’s because I’m hard to please or fussy but once again the team at Akra Sensatori Fethiye reminded me that this is the kind of place that redefines what an all-inclusive resort can be. From the moment you arrive, there’s an immediate sense that every detail has been carefully considered - not just for comfort, but for an overall warm and welcoming experience. It’s hard to put into words but the staff make you feel like you’re the most important guest. This is a view shared by many of the guests we have spoken to in the last four years. LOCATION = STUNNING. It sits between pine-covered mountains but right on the beachfront. The resort feels both expansive and intimate - they’ve clearly worked hard to have separate parts but have moulded them together seamlessly to create a sense of home-comfort. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and thoughtfully designed spaces that never feel crowded, even at peak times. Whether you’re wandering down to the private beach or relaxing by one of the pools, there’s a sense of carefully designed purpose to each of them. e.g. the main activity pool with upbeat music, the adult only pool with relaxed vibes, the live DJ at the beach bar playing uplifting instrumentals late afternoon to Weldon’s in the evening. ACCOMMODATION = BEAUTIFULLY CALMING. It strikes a perfect balance between ‘modern’ and ‘functional elegance’. Rooms are spacious and have everything you’d need and things you didn’t realise you needed. The swim-up rooms and suites (when we’ve used them) gave us a level of indulgence that made us feel genuinely special. The recent renovations are impressive - every space throughout the hotel is designed with comfort in mind (both for the body and mind) from soft bedding to sleek bathrooms and beautiful decor that brings calm and happiness. EATING = MY CLOTHES ARE NOW TIGHTER. Dining is where Akra Fethiye truly shines. The variety and quality of food goes far beyond ‘normal’ all-inclusive dining in my opinion. The main restaurant offers an impressive international spread with live cooking stations, fresh ingredients, and constantly changing menus. The à la carte restaurants provide a more refined experience, showcasing everything from authentic Turkish flavours to expertly prepared seafood and global cuisine. Every time we visit it is clear that the chefs have tweaked and/or changed menus to ensure that they’re constantly improving things. Attention to detail is evident everywhere when it comes to food and beverages - from presentation to service and the result is consistently memorable meal times - and also going home a lot fuller than I arrived 🤣🤣🤣 My son is a very fussy eater - this is completely our fault as parents and going on holiday has always presented problems at meal times - until we found Akra Fethiye that is. Akra Fethiye clearly want their hotel to please their wide range of guests. Families will enjoy the dedicated children’s areas, kids’ club, and tailored entertainment. Adults will enjoy the adults-only zones that provide a peaceful escape, complete with serene pools and quiet lounges. It’s rare to find a resort that balances both so seamlessly, but Akra Fethiye manages it effortlessly. THINGS TO DO = AWESOME. Activities and entertainment comes in abundance. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or something more active, there’s always something to enjoy. Fitness classes, water sports, evening shows, and live music all ensure there’s something to do or see/hear but it’s never overwhelming because there’s alternatives if something doesn’t tickle your fancy. The HAOR SALON deserves special mention - offering a tranquil retreat that genuinely contributes to my feeling of contentment. The owner has secured a small team of skilled staff that complete a range of treatments from Turkish shaves, manicures/pedicures to hair cuts for males and females alike. THE STAFF = I lead a team of 70 staff in my job and I’d hire any one of the team at Akra Fethiye in a heartbeat if they moved to the UK. They’re attentive without being intrusive, friendly without feeling scripted, and consistently go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome and cared for. It’s this human touch that transforms a beautiful resort into a memorable stay. There are guests that will moan and groan about the service and it honestly baffles me how they could have a problem with it. Any guest I have spoken to during my stay will say how great the service is. Obviously during busy periods you might wait a little longer but I have witnessed the spontaneous shuffling of staff so that busier areas have extra staff that appear to help with a ‘rush’. IN SUMMARY = THIS IS OUR HOME FROM HOME.I don’t think it’ll come as a surprise when I say that Akra Fethiye delivers on its promise of a premium, experience-led holiday. It’s a place where luxury feels effortless for the staff team, variety feels carefully designed rather than chaotic, and relaxation comes naturally if and when you want it. Whether you’re travelling as a couple, with family, or simply in search of a refined escape, it offers a level of quality and consistency that’s hard to beat. SPECIAL SHOUT OUTS = this is a difficult part of the review to write. Aslihan (General Manager or BIG BOSS as I call her) circulates like other members of her leadership team to ensures that high standards, expectations and attention to detail is being maintained by all. She is ‘hands on’ and warm with guests and staff alike. The staff clearly respect her - to be honest I stood up straighter when I seen her lol. Aykut, Mehmet, Ismail, Deniz, Erken, Baran - all management (both senior and middle) are also ‘hands on’ leaders and truly work hard to ensure that their teams’ do everything they can to ensure that the guests enjoy absolutely every aspect of their holiday. Mesut - main pool bar. This young man is like an energiser bunny. I’ll see him collecting glasses and taking orders around the pool and then 10 seconds later he is helping clear a queue of children waiting for their juice and crisps at the children’s counter at the pool bar. He operates at great speed but is always calming with his tone and speed of voice. Ramazan (Young one and ‘older’ one lol), Hakan (Tao à la carte), ‘Osgundan’ (Oz - new barista in Thea’s coffee shop). Yusaf (front reception), Suleyman (main buffet), Farat (Sunset lunch service). ALL STAND OUT for being simply amazing. ‘Omer’ (waiter) is currently completing national service so he is not even at the resort at the moment. He sent my son a video message via a colleague to welcome him back. Omer remembered helping my son at breakfast and dinner time during our last visit. When he found out that my son wanted to learn to speak Turkish he gave him a little mini lesson every day. The bond that developed was great to see because my son typically doesn’t have the confidence to do this. I feel so bad that I cannot remember the names of others because they’re honestly all amazing e.g. The barista (young lady) in Thea’s every day who has red colour in her hair makes a range of coffee like its individual pieces of art. I would honestly find it hard to pick a member of staff out of a ‘line up’ who doesn’t work hard to make guests feel special. "Great Hotel for summer, not outside season if you want to swim."

We stayed at the Akra Fethiye TUI Blue Sensatori as a family of three with our 3-year-old son. Overall, we had a really enjoyable holiday, but there are a few important points worth noting. The biggest disappointment for us was the pool situation. We were told the main pool would be heated, but it wasn’t, which meant it was far too cold to use—especially for a young child. Because of this, everyone gravitated towards the kids’ splash pool, which became very overcrowded and took away from the experience a bit. On the positive side, the food throughout the resort was excellent. There was a great variety each night in the main restaurant, and the à la carte restaurants were fantastic. The steakhouse, in particular, was well worth the extra cost. Basilico snack bar quickly became a family favourite, and the banana bread is genuinely outstanding. The rooms were very well maintained, cleaned daily to a high standard, and the minibar was consistently restocked. The resort itself is immaculate and clearly very well looked after. The staff were another highlight—friendly, attentive, and all spoke very good English, which made everything easy and comfortable. In summary, this is a beautiful, well-run hotel with fantastic food and great staff. However, the lack of a heated pool was a significant downside for us, especially travelling with a young child, and is something worth considering depending on the time of year you visit.
