Days Inn by Wyndham Natchitoches

Friendly staff, clean rooms. The location was perfect, right in town near the main interstate. Dog friendly is a plus and it’s located next to Whataburger and multiple gas stations.

The room was clean and the linens were clean. The room had some minor cosmetic problems but it was perfect for us.

The bed was comfortable & the bathroom was suitable.

The floors in the room & bathroom were dirty. They looked like they needed sweeping & mopping. Also, the shower was in need of some cleaning attention as well.

Nothing

It was disgusting, dirty, the towels were dingy, the bedding. The fridge froze over.

It was close to where I needed to go

I wasn’t happy that my shower head was broken the tv worked my last night

The property was closely located to the university, which was the reason we were there. So location was very convenient

The property is in serious need of repair. The exterior top floor was slanted and honestly made me worry about it structurally. I’ve machine didn’t work. Outside looked very run down. The first room we were put in even had a poorly patched hole in the ceiling. Very run down in general. The first room we were put in, the ac was not properly working, the room had spots on the sheets, we found a fingernail on the bedside table, and there was a sock on the chair (not ours). The second room they put us in was much improved, it was clean and the ac worked, but the bathroom had a broke towel rack and the door to the bathroom would stick and you’d have to fight to get it open. We were women traveling and they had a lot of guys who were just hanging around outside that made us uncomfortable so we didn’t feel particularly safe. We did offer to leave after the incident with the first room being so bad, but were told that since we had booked through Booking.com we could not be refunded, which is crazy to me. I will say that the guy working the desk was very nice and very apologetic about the whole situation, and did try to do everything in his power to make it better, which we appreciated very much. But I would not stay here again

So gross. Tv wouldn’t work the whole four days used our pad. The breakfast was muffins that expired 6 months ago. The juice machine had crap hanging out it, coffee was cold no breakfast at all, no juice and no coffee. Coffee pots were taken out of all rooms in a closet that is always open. The whole family lives there. They take up at least 10 rooms. Very rude. The man acted like everyone was stupid when anyone complained. This place needs to be condemned. I am from natchitoches and i am going to make a few calls.
