Room was musty and smelled like mold

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a super comfortable bed and a great view.

I went for a quiet weekend and it was perfect

We switch room because the first room was nasty.spider webs everywhere, bathroom dirty, sheets were dirty and stained. I have been staying at this hotel for years. This was the worst experience ever

Older property, could stand to be refreshed. Breakfast layout was tight - little elbow room (and other guests were impatient).

When we walked in the smell of smoke from the old room hit us like a ton of bricks. The plug ins were hanging off of the walls and the wires were exposed. The bathroom was discusting. They had spider webs and something stained all over the walls. The shower head was hanging off of the wall. The drain for the tub had mold and nastiness all over it. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

We were there two nights and the room was never serviced or cleaned. They never picked up the dirty towels.Never changed the trash cans.Ran out of toilet paper.Never made the bed.We went to front desk and informed the clerk and the cleaning lady came after 3pm and handed us clean towels ,toilet paper,and 2 trash bags.She took the trash out of the cans, but left the new bags for us to put in the cans ourselves.The room wasn't very clean and I had to unstop the lavatory drain.It had a plastic stir stick in it and trash and that was keeping it from draining.I would not stay there again.I realize the property is older,but the cleaning staff needs to do a better job.
