The room was not clean and didn’t like the service. It was not what I was expecting

Very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and polite. Could have been a bit cleaner but you get what you pay for.

The staff and service was friendly and courteous. Other than mold in the shower, which was minor, it was a constable, pleasant stay.

Location. Room space was nice.

Hotel appearance very run down. Room heater did not work. Slept in sweatpants and coats. Toilet float broken so toilet did not always flush. Booking.com said no other rooms available on website which I do not believe as lot was mostly empty. Price was outrageous for the quality and I feel like we were ripped off by Booking.com

The price for the facility. The paint was sloppy. The walkway outside leaned. Many outlets did not work.

This stay stared on the wrong foot when I was given a room where the heat did not work and the unit looked damaged. I was given another room. This room had no soap to bath with and the toilet paper was not placed on the holder. But the worst was when the dog next door started yapping. I called the front desk and complained. I said I am going to a football game please make sure the dog is quiet when I come back. I came back and the dog was still yapping. I have to get up tomorrow for an 8 hour trip. I need my sleep. When I complained again the person on the phone said he could refund my money and I could go elsewhere. I am 66 and was in a town I was not familiar with at 11 PM. So if you want yapping pets and rooms that are not ready stay at this motel

When we walked in to see if they had our room ready, I wasn’t, granted it was early but there was a lady in the office that reserved a room under a local address, The policy at that Days inn is if you reserve a room under a local address there will be a $200.00 deposit. The lady got mad & angry & was cussing at the staff, me & my wife walked out, after the lady left we went back inside & our room was not ready, we went back later & everything was good!!

Location to event; free breakfast was fine.

The room was dirty. The shower was very moldy. Bathroom walls, floor, and door were dirty. Furniture was dusty, and mattresses were old and stained. TV remote did not work for power. Cobwebs were on the ceiling. Knats were flying around the room. Property should be titled as a motel.
