Breakfast... that's about all.

Way over priced. Staff was not knowledgeable or helpful. Could not access fitness room until 8 am. Several issues with the room.

"Awful, would never stay here again"

Me and my sister stayed for 2 nights as she was visiting me in ireland from abroad. It was 27 degrees in Kilkenny the day we arrived. At check in we had asked if there was AC in the room and they said yes. The room we were given actually had no ac and was extremely warm as you could barely open the window (I know this is common in hotel) . Because of the heat we couldn’t sleep and realised at about 11:30pm that the radiator was on in the room and tried to turn it off, we then rang reception for someone to come up and ensure it was off and to bring us a fan, the staff member wasn’t sure how to turn off the heating, he said he thought it was off and provided no fan. The heating wasn’t off. In the morning we asked if it was possible to move rooms to a room with ac, reception said yes and that our room would be prioritised, check out was at 12 so the room would be ready soon after that. We arrived back at the hotel at 3:30pm (check in was at 4) and the room still wasn’t ready so obviously it wasn’t prioritised as promised and we sat there at reception for 45 mins waiting. Then the second room we moved into had ac but was an adjoining room to a group of lads drinking and partying in the room and we could hear every word in their conversation through the adjoining door - no chance of sleeping. We were then finally moved to a 3rd room and managed to sleep. Worst hotel stay ever, it ruined the trip and we were offered no compensation what so ever. Awful, would never stay here again.
