Newpark Hotel

Nice friendly staff but didn’t feel it was four star standard. Our suite was lovely but the rest of the hotel mediocre. Weddings both days we stayed and pre reception was actually in the lobby where guests should be able to relax. Reserve signs were put on the tables and made it uncomfortable to relax there. Screen tv in the terrace was poor quality. Very over priced for drinks and food. Walk to the Jurassic Park is through a car park, not inviting. The castle closed early the first afternoon for work to commence, on a bank holiday weekend!!!!!!!! Overall disappointed

Escape Spa located in Newpark Hotel Kilkenny was my special treat. With my friends we had boocked few treatments each. Casey did all the job on as and we were very happy, fully cared, satisfied and relaxed. We stayed there nearly 7 hours, using all facilities available in the hotel. That was really fantastic escape from every day rutine. Thank you

Some of the areas are in need of refurbishment and no soap in the showers in the leisure Centre

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Wir hatten nur nicht gedacht, dass es ein Hotel ist von solch einer Größe. Die Zimmer waren gut. Sauber, bequeme Betten aber hier und da war es an der Zeit, Kleinigkeiten zu renovieren. Das Frühstück war phenomenal und das Personal wirklich extrem freundlich.

The set up for family and kid were great! The dinosaur park was a hit, we didn’t even have time to explore the swimming pool!

We stayed in hotel this June bank holiday weekend. There hotel was lively and had a brilliant atmosphere. There was weddings on so great lobby music and staff were superb. This is my 6th visit to hotel, I normally come with family as it’s the ultimate family staycation hotel in Ireland. This time we came on a spa break getaway. The hotel as always exceeded my expectations. The spa is outstanding, the treatments and the outdoor heated pool are fantastic. The hotel caters for all types of customer, wedding families and couples and its seamless operational excellence makes everything run like clockwork. It’s the best breakfast offering I’ve hard so much selection and freshly made eggs and toast . The rooms are spacious and have amazing views, lovely spacious bathrooms. We dined in on the Friday night and lovely waiter Sean served us, he was warm and engaging. Newpark Hotel , thank you so much for a wonderful weekend

We stayed there for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly comfortable, the food was absolutely lovely, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend it!

It was nice to have the facilities for children at the back the dinosaur park

Too busy for me and the eating area for breakfast was to scatterd there was no flow and whilst the had a GF option there was nothing left even at 930 in am and when asked staff they were not very forthcoming to get anything
