Newpark Hotel

Most of the staff were superb, very friendly and accommodating to our small children. Service in the restaurant was very quick, and the food was delicious. The pool was lovely and warm and the changing rooms were a nice temperature. It was fantastic to have unlimited access to Jurassic Park on site.

The phone to reception wasn't working, and the service in the terrace restaurant was very slow. A lot of the entertainment machines in the games room were not working/too full of coins so we couldn't use them at all. Some small wash cloths in the bedrooms would be useful with kids.

Brilliant time it was great for our two kids. They went swimming, the Jurassic theme park was fun they loved it. Rooms were comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was very good and so was the dinner in the hotel would highly recommend for families of any age

I liked balcony view wasnt great as I was looking at the roof and a tree. Room was very nice and clean..

I didnt like the swimming pool. There was a smell from the plunge pool and there was a lot of dudt and cobweb in the dressing room where I was getting dressed between lockers and seat in the corner. Also lockers didnt lock.

Although the rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was amazing, the bar is the reason I wanted to leave a review. Mikey and Clodagh were so nice to me and my wife, they made us so fantastic drinks and kept us laughing the entire time. Would definitely recommend coming to give them a visit!

We love everything about this hotel, we have been 5 times so far and planning another trip soon. So family friendly and so much to do for kids, staff brilliant and so helpful.

Had a fantastic meal in the restaurant. The roast beef was to die for. Our Server Ester couldn’t do enough for us. She was brilliant. We will definitely be back.
