Newpark Hotel

Fantastic hotel for families - great staff, clean overall, lovely facilities for kids. The dinosaur park, spa/pool, overall look of the hotel and the food in the restaurant was lovely.

I have kids so I like a child friendly hotel but the noise in the restaurant was almost unbearable- perhaps a second restaurant aimed more at couples would be useful - or seat less in the restaurant at one time. Both breakfast and dinner were extremely noisy so I would certainly say this wouldn’t be a place I’d come without kids.

Stand out point for visit was actually a waitress called Luminita,what a lovely lady so really took the time to provide high quality service,thank you

Rooms are dated Window is from the 70's didn't close properly Draught coming in Nouse from outside Stains on the carpet Marks on the wall

We got a ground floor at last minute which we wanted. Food was nice. Room very clean.

When we ran out of water there was no vending machine I could have popped to. Dinner was a long wait

I liked the pool, gym and spa area. The hotel facilitated an early check in. It was quiet and we slept well. It a family hotel. Great for kids.

I'd have preferred a pub section, rather than a restaurant feel. Food was good though.

I had the pleasure of visiting the newpark jurassic park with my 8 uear old autistic son the park was amazing, when we finished we decided to eat the carvery in the hotel and we were served by Jordan who was so polite and very helpful with my son when he was upset, we ordered the turkey it was beautiful we will be calling again and hope to come across this young man. Great job and great service.

The staff were hard-working and friendly.

The room, which was on the lower level, was dark and dreary.The heating / pipes in the room repeatedly made a banging noise as they came on and woke us quite early. The food in the bar was disappointing. The chicken in the Mediterranean salad was very dry and the salad was very oily.Tge chicken wings were also overcooked.
