Demora en entrega de la habitación, no había secador en el cuarto, no había jabón de baño y una toalla estaba sucia. Aún no me llega la factura al correo Cindy.ayala@sylvania-lighting.com para poder legalizar el viaje.

La atención. El Sr Fernando nos atendió muy bien, muy atento y amable.

la alberca no tiene suficiente climatización, tiende hacia fría y en el restaurante (room service ) no tenían las dos opciones de comida que se solicitó. Lo demás fue muy bueno, la limpieza, habitación amplia , limpia y elegante.
