Todo super bien

The hotel staff is terrible. There’s no refrigerator in the room, so we requested one. They brought one, but it broke the next day. We reported it, but they did nothing, so everything inside spoiled. They promised to reimburse the damage, but they never did. For two weeks there was no proper water pressure in the bathroom. Sometimes there was water, then for minutes there was none, then the pressure came back again. Showering like this was quite an experience. The four of us sat down in a quiet, secluded place to play cards with a beer each because it was raining outside in the courtyard, and the bar was reserved for a private event. A security guard appeared and told us that inside the building we were only allowed to drink beverages purchased at the bar or restaurant. Since playing cards wasn’t allowed in the restaurant and the bar was occupied by a private event, he forced us out into the rain under a cheap cold tent. At breakfast, the buffet is not properly refilled. For example, it’s very difficult to get eggs, and the soft drinks run out quickly without being replaced. A few days ago, one of the staff members dumped a huge crate of cutlery onto the table next to us during breakfast and started sorting it there among the guests. The next day, while you’re trying to eat breakfast (between 7 and 8 a.m., during peak hours), the cleaning staff places a dirty mop bucket right next to your feet. How bad does a “free” breakfast have to be if 80% of the team would rather go elsewhere to buy breakfast instead? The pool is not disinfected, at most once a week. Laundry service is extremely expensive, and they even lost our clothes once.

Que no hacía frio

Que no incluía desayuno y las instalaciones ya de años. Le falta remodelación. Los huéspedes azotaban puertas muy temprano, se oía mucho. La recepcionista muy amable.

El servicio del personal

Las habitaciones son viejas y descuidadas. Algo me picó en la noche. El gimnasio estaba sucio, descuidado, sin toallas.. A la salida no me querían dar mi coche por una falda de comunicacion interna y fue molesto

Las recámaras están bonitas, el colchón está súper cómodo, el desayuno es rico. En general está bonito.

Está bonito pero descuidado, los cristales que dan a los pasillos están sucios o viejos, en algunas áreas les hace falta como pintura, el comedor tiene mucho cochambre y los candelabros llenos de tierra. Se siente el piso de los años y el descuido.

Personal amable, limpio, comodo.Muy buen buffette.

Se nota un cambio positivo en la administracion. Algunas veces el personal nuevo o muy joven requiere un poco de entrenamiento.
