"Un fin de semana divertido aunque muy estresante en la recepcion"

El personal de vallet parking, restaurante y de servicios del hotel es muy bueno y amable, la comida del restaurante tambien me parecio rica, y la alberca aunque muy llena, cumplio con el cometido y divirtio mucho a mi familia.

La recepcion me dejo mucho que desear, 5 personas atendiendo de las cuales solo 2 estaban recibiendo a los huespedes. 35 minutos en una fila de ingreso para que me dijeran que no habia habitaciones limpias y debia esperar otros 30 minutos mas, ademas de que dijeron que me avisarian y no lo hicieron. Trate de contactar con el hotel por telefono y correo y fue practicamente imposible, y la aplicacion no me permitio cancelar mi reservacion sin penalizacion y al final despues de mas de una hora finalmente me atendieron pero fue una experiencia realmente desagradable que inicialmente me dejo una muy mala impresion y nublo la buena imagen y experiencia que tuve en el hotel. Si recomendaria ir, pero me gustaria que la administracion hiciera algo con su personal de recepcion que no tiene empatia, ni estan entrenados para el trato con los huespedes.

La zona de alberca

Esta muy sucio, los vidrios del gym la alberca las áreas comunes , los pisos super sucios todo en general poca limpieza, nos dieron toallas super viejitas y el jacuzzi estaba el agua helada.

La habitación super cómoda, limpia, excelentes condiciones

El personal no es accesible , ni esta pendiente, llame a recepción para preguntar y su respuesta fue en tono burlesco , hay personas q tenemos cualquier duda que para ellos puede ser el pan de todos los dias, deberían de ser mas empaticos con sus respuestas y atenciones al hablar
