Staff was nice. Nice location

Smell of the room. Cleanliness. Room smelled like straight must and urine from the moment we first walked into the room to when we checked out.

The pillows! We went home and ordered some! The man who checked us in seemed bored by the process. The woman who checked us out could not have been nicer! Friendly and chatty. The room was very nice. The refrigerator was very useful. We saw many young people in the pool area who seemed to enjoy themselves.

The man who checked us in Saturday night (sort of crazy hair) seemed bored by the process. Later that night he got extra towels for a couple of customers, they both thanked him. So maybe he was in a better mood later at night? The only other thing was the wad of chewing gum in elevator A. Maybe the staff was unaware of it.

Love the location, super close to our family that lives in the area. The staff are all very nice and welcoming. My dog was with us and the staff was great with him. Love that the pool and restaurant are open until 10 pm

Sad that the restaurant was not seating people but we loved that they still had carry out available.

Large comfortable room and closest we could get to the relatives we were visiting

No cutlery or plates etc to use in the small kitchen. We had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker and a few paper cups. Some disposable bowls and wooden spoons and forks were supplied when I asked at reception but we felt that if the facilities for storing and heating up food are provided there should be some way of eating the food, We are tea drinkers so had to wash out the coffee maker to get clean hot water for tea but it worked. We would have preferred a kettle and larger bath towels as the bathroom was not heated.

Great location.

May things out of service. They were doing a remodel. Ice machines and coffee machines not working though.

コーヒーが常に無料で飲める状態だったのがありがたいと思いました。 シャワーの湯量が多く、お風呂にすぐ湯がたまるのがありがたいと思いました。 ４日間滞在しましたが、ベッドメイキングや部屋の清掃が依頼しない限りなかったので、毎日部屋を片付ける必要がなく気楽で助かりました。

シャンプー、コンディショナーの質がよくない。 ペットボトルの水はあった方がよかった。

There was a group of guys that catcalled my 4 teen friends
