Manchester Airport Stanley Hotel by Belvilla

The staff were amazing and so friendly in every intervention. The room was tired and really, the bathroom was disgusting. The bed wasn’t comfy either.

Even though this is a dog friendly hotel, be warned that dogs are not allowed in any public areas like the bar etc which seems odd for a pet friendly hotel.

The room was in a reasonable condition but very warm. There is no air conditioning and had to close Windows at night due to noise from taxi movements. The food was okay except for fish pie which was inedible and had to change.

I had to sleep with all the windows wide open as the room was ridiculously hot. The shower was pathetic with virtually no water pressure and as a result not much more than a dribble of water. The buffet breakfast was cold. I was in rom 300.

Arrived at hotel at midnight and was told on arrival that hotel was overbooked. The suitably found me another hotel but i was offered no compensation. When asked they just said that they will pay for the room in the hotel that i am going to. I stated that i am not getting anything for being inconvenienced as i have already paid for a room in this hotel which i was not receiving.

Was very noisy people partying all night I couldn’t get a good sleep

Place wasnt filthy bed had marks on it the bathroom was disgusting and the door was handing off. Inside of the windows were mouldy and filthy never been cleaned. The sofa and the chairs were also disgusting and the carpet was ripped in the centre of the room. Absolute disgrace stopped in better hostels

it was all just about ok. staff were helpful. room was clean.

Friendly staff , nice room, good breakfast. Expensive transportation from and to the airport.
