Property is nice and the amenities are great. Location is perfect and quiet.

The check in takes longer than necessary and the office has moved down to the bar area. It is made clear with signs but had many guests confused upon arrival.

This was a very middle range option in terms of a stay. Not the fanciest one but when on a budget this is a good option. There was a few things we were unhappy with but overall I would stay again if I had to. We were promised on the listing we could park 2 cars and when we get there, they then told us it would cost us $25 per day for an extra pass. The room was okay and clean but not the best. Wifi was slow, beds were uncomfortable and there was limited ac upstairs. Like I said, not the fanciest, but gets the job done. I enjoyed the pool and the dock areas a lot. It’s definitely not a “resort” in terms of the services or amenities but it’s a place to stay.

Was not told about paying additional for additional car. It wasn't on their website either. When I told the property manager she pretty much dismissed it. And had to pay tax on a parking spot as well.

For me and my family it was perfect place to stay -easy access to roads-good quiet location which I loved-easy access to elevator and to our apartment . Our Boys loved fishing at the dock -loved kitchen for making breakfast in the morning and nice clean pools at evening after hot days, nice and clean rooms -little problem with ac but resolved in a minutes - thank you for having us and for all hard working people-appreciate everything 💕

It was quiet and not as busy… I suppose now I understand why. Was pleased they had smoking areas as some family members do smoke.

The “sunny pool” floor was cracking on the far corner my child actually had a minor cut on the bottom of their foot. The amount of chores that were expected and enforced as threatened to not refund the deposit was ridiculous at checkout day. I had stayed at coconut Mallory approximately 10 yrs ago and was excited to return but my experience was not as pleasant as before. I felt bad because I had more family book an additional room and we immediately regretted our decision. I regret to say that when I do return to Key West I will not be looking at coconut Mallory to book a stay. It’s best to book elsewhere where you could actually feel like you are on vacation instead of thinking and stressing about checkout chores. Also Booking something closer to old town where the attractions are is smarter as parking costed a lot. Wishing Kees vacations the best.
