Very comfortable,clean and secure. Perfect location for all your needs. Unique in amenities. Nice swimming pool with spa. Marina was a pleasant surprise. Fishing is allowed. Our only disappointment was the toiletries. Very watered down and of poor quality. Next time we bring our own. We will be back each time we visit Key West.

Clean, pretty quiet, good location

Since it’s a rental with kitchens, having some condiments like salt, pepper, ketchup, mayo packets would have been nice. Few are there long enough to warrant buying them but most do eat at in the room some of the time.

Great property for families. Only downside - if you have a room about be, you can hear everything. So ask for higher rent rates m. Great location, spacious chairs nod and super clean. Loved self cater/clean unit!!

Would have preferred a box or two of kleenex/tissue. Also one of our bathrooms was out of hand soap!

Great place overall and would definitely come back. Only major complaint is they don’t exchange towels. Apparently and old Covid policy that has never been reversed. Kind of annoying when you are staying for a full week and have to go to the laundromat to wash your own towels. But they did offer us late checkout at 11am vs 10am, so that was nice.

Staff was not available, poor communication. Not enough parking as promised.

The studio was nicely set up and comfortable. The landscaping was nicely done and the pool was great

The studio location was very noisy due to traffic. The kitchen could use teaspoons to add to the rest of the silverware

Spacious 2 bdrm apartment. Pools were nice. Staff had donuts for guests in morning, free Super Bowl party with food.

Elevator in one of the buildings was broke the entire stay, 4 days. Would not come to lower floor, so you had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the elevator. They should’ve had that fixed ASAP. There was no comforter on the beds. One thin sheet and one thicker sheet and that’s all. There was a gross comfort like blanket in the closet that was tore up and stained. Upstairs was hot while lower level was cold.
