Love having a boat dock to park a boat. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Love the pool.

The bar was now closed. Wish they could staff that with a perfect fit. My sink was leaking in the kitchen. Some mold in the bathrooms and no bath soap in my room. Oh and more blankets for all the beds.

2 bedroom apartment was amazing. Location good. Pools were really nice if a bit warm. Loved seeing the wildlife by the pool.

Gumbos was closed which is a shame so we didn't really use.

Great condo for family.

Had a good working kitchen, enjoyed making breakfast for my husband and myself and we could keep snacks and “left overs” in the fridge

I didn’t like that our room was in a hallway with a wall in front of it, mosquitoes in that area. I tried to get it changed and they said we’re so sorry but - we can’t.

We really enjoyed our stay.

The property shorted us a pool towel, and when we asked for one more the manager made it seem as if we were being a disturbance to her day. The boathouse "Gumbos" was advertised as a bar with frozen drinks, and snackbar, gameroom, which had no one there ever, no drinks, nothing but some chips on the top of the bar. No way to turn on pooltable light to play pool after dark. Also advertised, boardgames at office to check out, manager said there was none. We stayed for 1 week and they do not offer any linen or towel exchange. There really should be a shower curtain liner for the showers. We had water coming out of the showers onto the floor and had to use towels to soak it up, and were limited on towels all ready. I was really planning on fishing off the docks, having cold drinks while the girls went swimming each day. Instead i had to spend more money to leave the property to do any of this. I was very disappointed in the false advertising of the property. I will not come back.

We had a great time. The property was clean and It was easy to pick up our keys. The restaurant didn’t seem to be opened while we were there but that didn’t bother us. It’s close to a ton of other places to eat. Location is good. It’s away from the busy streets and right on the water but close enough to grab a bike and head down to Duval. We will be back!

Easy uber ride to Duval St, great location and room was a great value for the space and having 2 bedrooms. We did not use pool but property seemed well maintained

parking could be an issue if at capacity to be able to be right in front of your unit. Would be nice for a half bath on 1st floor
