The location

Where do I start… the pictures on booking.com didn’t match at all with the reality. We were expecting a room with a nice garden view from the terrace instead our room was at the end in a corner with a nice wall view. The only source of natural light in the room was blocked by a closet. When asking the receptionist for another room, she told the hotel was fully booked and waived us away by putting the blame on booking.com, which is a lie. When contacting the owner, we never got a reply.

Room cleanliness, pool, marina, and the barbecue

Location is far from Downtown/Duval St

Property was very quiet and located away from all the hustle and bustle but yet very close to everything. All attractions including multiple beaches were only a short drive away. Rooms were nice. Kitchen have been stocked better and TV in spare room didnt work, but other than that great place to stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay with family. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Our family had a wonderful time here. We do wish that the marina area and the pool tables would have been accessible while we were there, but that would not prevent us from returning and staying here again in the future.

We could not use the pool tables because they were closed off along with the marina bar area. Our family loves to shoot pool but unfortunately it was not available the entire time were there.

No housekeeping for our entire stay. We stayed there for two weeks and they didn’t clean the room once. They expected us to use the same three towels for two weeks also. Beware!!

Everything went well, pool was nice, temperature was a little too hot but relaxing. Loved that you had everything needed for cooking. Too many positive things to mention all. My husband and I had a great anniversary get-away and the price was reasonable for us to afford. Thank you for having a resort that goes above any chain hotel.

Confused about the parking and where our room was. Wish there was a long mirror in room for dressing.

Loved the pool and our apartment was excellent.

The shower curtain in the master bedroom had a lot of mildew on the bottom. Hopefully it gets cleaned before the next guest arrives.
