"Best Lodge stay not far from downtown"

Have been coming to this spot since it was a Best Western as a child. Now with it being a stand alone lodge- the charm is still there. I had to bring my husband here! Our stay was fantastic. The staff was friendly. The amenities were great. The decor offers the best mountain lodge feel. The courtesy shuttle is helpful as well! I will keep coming back to this spot!

"Old in need of updating"

Average hotel. Old, kinda run down. I called to make reservation and was told it was $350 a night plus $30 resort fee. Outrageous for this property. And breakfast was extra.

"Great Location and Lodge in the Jackson Valley"

The Lodge is a great affordable option when staying in Jackson. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Coffee makes and microwave in room. I travel for work and after a long day it's nice to be able to warm up a meal and relax. Staff is friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast is basic, but enough to get you going. Free coffee to go if you like. There is a bar for an evening cocktail. Swimming pool and laundry services on site. Gym has been updated. The massage was great. They offer in room or the treatment location is very close. Some room locations can be noisy with early morning garage service. Location is good as well and close to restaurants.

Von meiner Kreditkarte wurden bereits im März die Kosten für beide Zimmer eingezogen. Nach unserer Abreise wurde im September erneut der Preis für 1 Zimmer eingezogen. Angeblich hat das Hotel dem Customer Service noch nicht geantwortet. Ich hätte aber nun gerne mein Geld zurück, immerhin 921,83 €. Anschließend kann ich das Hotel, wo es mir gut gefallen hat, bewerten.
