I stayed at Taj Tirupati for about 2.5 days, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite informing the staff multiple times, no housekeeping service was carried out in my room throughout my stay. After my second complaint, a staff member finally came—ironically just before my checkout—requesting to clean the room. At that point, I was about to leave in an hour, so it was of no use. Additionally, we did not receive any water refills for the entire duration of our stay, which is quite unacceptable for a property of this standard. I expected much better service from a brand like Taj, but the overall experience fell well below expectations. The only positive aspect was the breakfast and the courteous staff at the restaurant, who were pleasant and attentive. Apart from that, the service levels were disappointing and not reflective of the Taj brand.

We went with the family for Tirupati Darshan and we have been doing this for 30 years plus every year. what better place to stay than Taj Tirupati where the hospitality was at its best, the services starting right from Reception, House keeping, Room service, SPA etc was unbelievably amazing, you could feel the aura of Taj Brand touch at every place and it was special. More importantly we stayed only for a day at Taj, checked out and went for a fantastic Darshan and then decided to return back to Taj only to have a sumptuous breakfast. The services were par excellence and special thanks to Mr Sujit who was an employee at the Restaurant called Varuna and his services were beyond expectations, Kudos for his wonderful gesture and sending a special thank you from our family to him. Customer service makes a difference and Taj stands out for the same. Waiting to come back to Taj Tirupati whenever we get an opportunity. 😊😊❤️❤️
