The rooms

I was totally disappointed with Taj Tirupati team as i booked my room category in Luxury room. Basic expectation is that some fresh fruits will be available atleast in luxury category room - which is missing in the room. Every other Taj property i have been till date will provide some fruits as a good gesture to family guests who has infants or kids checking in the hotel. Im not talking about base or standard category, im referring to luxury category rooms in all other taj properties. Im totally disappointed that minibar is empty and there is no written communication near minibar that minibar items will be provided on request basis, rather they put the menu card listing all item prices, but the minibar freeezer is empty. Dissapointing. My kids expected a bath tub in the room category i booked and unfortunately front office informed there is no bath tub in luxury category. They didnt even give the option to upgrade to next level - this is another disappointment. I was in a dissapointment and thought of speaking to Mr VK prasad to share my experince and challenges with Jeevitha reservations team , however i got to know that he got moved on from this hotel and they didnt share who is the new GM. I will personally speak to Mr Manish Gupta and Mr sujith Herbert on the worst experince i and my family had where the basic amenties are not met

Dharini your cleaning is excellent and you work with impressive speed. Your polite behavior makes you a joy to have on the team. Keep it up you have a great future ahead of you , food aslo excellent allover stay was good

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Mr. Tinu and Mr. Dhanush during my stay. Both of them were extremely professional, attentive, and courteous throughout. Their prompt support, friendly approach, and willingness to go the extra mile made my overall experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction is truly commendable and reflects positively on the hotel’s standards of hospitality. Wasn't that great. Didn't meet the actual expectation of the Taj reputation. Can do better.
