Walking distance to family residence. Tram to city very close. Cereal, milk, OJ and bread provided for self serve breakfast.

Separate entry gate cannot be opened from outside due to the safety catch. Must reenter through house. Duve between 2 sheets not in duve cover. Crawled into bed the first night only to discover I was under the duve as the bottom sheet was extended under the pillows. A duve cover would be better. Power points for electric toothbrush, hair drier, etc behind the washing machine- unusual but ok to use.

The place was very calm and tidy, and the manager was incredibly kind, which made my stay even more comfortable. It’s not a hotel, so don’t expect hotel-level service, but all the essentials are well-prepared and available. I stayed for three days and didn’t even run into other guests—it was that peaceful. A great place for a quiet, relaxing stay. Thank you so much :):)

Ac was a bit tricky, preprogrammed fir late kick off and I couldn’t override it, so was a bit cold. Single glazed windows, so I could hear traffic noise all night.

This was hands down the best stay we have had throughout our entire trip. The house is recently renovated so feels really fresh, clean and modern. Let’s loads of natural light in so it’s a pleasure to actually spend time there and cook etc. The beds are really comfortable and clean. We stayed there for just over 2 weeks and could honestly easily live there. Fernanda the host is such a kind person, always ensuring the house is spotless and topping up breakfast food (breakfast is included as well which is amazing!) we didn’t want to leave! If you’re thinking of staying in Melbourne then look no where else!! You will not regret it!

Best place we have ever stayed. Room was clean, spacious and equipped with large tv, desk, wardrobe, bed and Alexa. WARNING the beds so comfy you don’t want to leave them! The kitchen areas were also the same, always clean and spacious equipped with absolutely everything! Easy to get to the centre on a 10min tram (free) which is found 2 streets away. Our host Fernanda was absolutely amazing she is so kind and sweet and helped us with everything we needed. She went above and beyond during our stay and really made us feel welcome. We loved here so much we booked an extra 5 nights onto our stay. Would 100% come back here in the future.

This place really feels like home. Everything is sparkling clean, fully stocked up kitchen and such a peaceful place to stay. Fernanda is amazing. She keeps this place so happy and welcoming.
