Comfy mattress and pillows. I never wanted to leave the bed! The room was beautiful, with a decorative brick fireplace, wardrobe, big desk (adjustable in height) and office chair. Big terrace with lounge patio. Unfortunately it was cold during my stay, so I didn't make use of it. Bathrooms and kitchen are very clean and well-stocked. There's oil, s&p and some other staples. All the kitchen appliances are of high quality too. Bodywash, shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms. Washer and dryer were great, and they provide detergent. Breakfast is perfect. They provide eggs, bread, spreads, coffee (espresso machine!), juice and tea. There are some bars and coffee places nearby. 30min walk to CBD. The host lives downstairs and was very friendly. Would recommend for a comfortable 1-2 week stay.

I would say the TV is maybe a bit too big for the room haha My room was right next to the laundry room, so sometimes it was annoying when others did laundry early/late. No grocery store nearby.

Quiet part of town and close to the tram stops. Very comfortable. Fernanda the host was great.

this was our second time staying at the property, and we really enjoyed it! very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Fernanda accommodated us well. The room we stayed is huge and has a really good TV. The heater saved us.
