Excellent stay overall. The place was very good and comfortable, with everything I needed. The building was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting around. The host was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The breakfast was more than basic, a perfect start for every day.

The Location was close to the city such that various sites could be accessed with ease. Staff was very helpful. Facilities was very good.

The breakfasts were great. Nice to have 2 eggs a day allocated, and cereals, juice etc. The bed mattress was comfortable too.

The cleanliness of the place was shocking. The showers were disgusting, and never cleaned while I was there for a week. The toilets got a cursory glance with a cloth and a run of bleach around the bowl every evening, as did the bathroom sink. Everything else in the upstairs bathrooms were ignored. When you look at the amount of mold growing in the showers you can see that's not days or even weeks of neglect, that's months of neglect there. Since returning home I can say without doubt that I have picked up a foot fungal infection that most certainly came from the showers not being cleaned. The microwave was never wiped out and on the morning I left still had bits of food in it that were there on the day I arrived. The microwave door itself is broken and needs strong-arming to close. Guess its not used often for that reason. The bedding was well used and not crisp and fresh. I even wondered at one point if the sheets had been changed before I arrived. More likely just be the cheaper bedding sheets though. (I hope!) The bedding linen really needs to be upgraded. It's old and well worn. To open the window in my room (Room 24) I had to man handle a very large heavy desk back a foot or so, just to get to the shutters and open them enough to be able to access the sash type window behind it. The road noise is very loud so you cannot have the window open at night if you plan on sleeping. I asked for a room changed after 2 nights because the road noise was so loud I struggled to sleep. It turned out that the top window had slipped slightly prior to my arrival, and it wasn't allowing the sash-windows to lock closed. After this was done, the level of traffic noise did reduce. Before leaving I twice went in search of the hosts, to talk to them about the lack of cleaning in the showers, but they were not about. The feedback rating this accomodation enjoys is absolutely not reflective of the reality. I would not recommend it.

It was absolutely beautiful and so clean and well kept ! Everything we absolutely needed was there and available!
