"4 nuits au calme dans une maison type coloc"

Logement de type coloc Parfait pour du long terme, pour être au calme et travailler Chambre cosy dans une grande maison Il y a un grand bureau et une grande télé avec un accès aux plateformes Netflix et Disney… Il y a la Clim/chauffage dans la chambre Les espaces communs sont très bien équipés. C’est lumineux et chaleureux. Malheureusement, je n’ai pas pu profiter de la terrasse mais elle semble super agréable par jour de beau temps. Petit-déjeuner compris : il s’agit de jus de fruit, oeufs, beurre et confiture, pain de mie… mis à disposition pour que chacun puisse préparer son petit-déjeuner à l’heure que l’on veut. La machine à café est à grains 🤎 La cuisine contient tous les équipements nécessaires pour cuisiner. Chaque chambre a un emplacement dédié dans le frigo et dans les placards. Salle de bains grandes et spacieuses !

Emplacement, situé dans un quartier résidentiel, C’est un tout petit peu excentré du CBD Situé à 15-20min à pieds du Queen Victoria Market. Traces de moisissures sur le mur et au plafond de la chambre entre le mur de briques et le mur blanc. Les douches à l’italienne ont tendance à “déborder”

Location is great, 15-20 mins walk to Victoria market, the nice park is near, the tram stop is in 2-3 mins. The room and shared space is clean. The staff is very friendly and supportive.

the room was exceptional clean,and the landlord were incredible friendly.they went out of their way to explain everything clearly and provide helpful info which made my stay very comfortable.

the room felt sightly small for two guests,but everything was super clean and well-kept.we really enjoy our stay.
