Location

My room was not cleaned on the date I arrived at 9:30 pm. Only a double queen available to replace my king room. Unacceptable this is not what I reserved.

I had the king suite with a whirlpool bath. It was fantastic. I didn't get a chance to try the pool, but it looked very nice. The bed was comfortable. The location was great, with plenty of options to eat and shop. Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast.

No, elevator. It's only 2 stories, but stairs are hard for me as I am disabled. I made it work to stay in the room I wanted. Pillows were a little flat, but I was able to get another one from the front desk.
