Best Western Edinburgh/Columbus

The convenience to the areas, restaurants and the friendly staff especially the two ladies that worked the desk on swing shift. They were amazing and friendly.

The pillows were a little small but still okay.

Our room was not cleaned after our first night there. Towels were left but we even asked the front desk staff and were told it would be taken care of. Also a few times when we went to the front desk there was no one there. One staff member followed us around which seemed odd.

This was a great hotel for what we needed it for! We had to book last minute on a drive from Illinois to Tennessee. We let them know we’d be there after midnight and the check in process was smooth! Front desk guy was very helpful! Room was big, clean, and comfortable. More than enough space for the three of us ( 2 adults and a baby). Continental breakfast in the morning was wonderful and plentiful. Eggs, meats, pancakes, waffles, cereals, beverages, etc. Again, morning staff was sweet and helpful. We only stayed from 12:30am- 8amish, but would stay again if in the area!
