The location was good and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The staff, especially the lady at the reception was EXTREMELY rude. Sadly I don’t remember her name. Everytime we asked for something from the reception (like extra bed, which we had paid for), it took a long time for them to respond even after multiple follow-ups). Also, one of the reasons that I had booked the hotel was because of the parking. But nowhere while booking or on the phone when paying for the deposit were we told that due to the works going on, the hotel’s parking was not accessible and we had to pay extra for the parking.

El personal muy amable ,te reciben con una tradición del lugar , te toman una foto y te la dan al final de la estancia,también el personal nos contó historias del lugar. La comida en el restaurante es deliciosa. Buena ubicación.

Sehr schönes großes Familienzimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Ganges ist fussläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar, der Bazar befindet sich direkt um in die Ecke.

Centrally located but access was a problem due to construction going on on the road. All the support extended by the staff in terms of assistance,for Aarthi, boat ride etc.

Lift access for the room stopped one floor short. Breakfast not included and highly overpriced when opted for. Initially we were put in a smaller room that dint match the description as per booking. Com, only when we protested we were shifted to a bigger room.

It’s clean and close by to main road.

First out off was I had booked with all my credit card details so property can charge in case of no show or last moment cancellation yet they insisted on making advance payment to confirm the booking. When I asked for link to pay they said it can be only done through bank transfer. What if I don’t want to spend my cash and use my credit card, I have no choice. This they should mention before booking that they charge advance payment even if your credit card details are given to booking.com The staff is not at all cooperative. No customer service approach. They couldn’t send someone to pick up our luggage from the point we need to walk to hotel nor while check out they sent anyone. They call it palace and give only 500 mL water bottle per day free. Otherwise they will charge for water as well. While checkout staff was not aware of advance payment and was charging us full again. We gad to argue even on that. So not a good experience.

Friendly helpful staff

Although near to temples but environment is noisy. Also incessant demand to pay beforehand when credit card details have been given to booking.com. I just ignored it. Also not happy with check out time and limited supply of free drinking water.
