The location was great, the food quality was fantastic, rooms were Ok,

1) for wheelchair people, they should create ramps to enter the hotel and also into the room without any steps 2) breakfast options is very less 3) most importantly, the staff should react little fast, the service needs a big upgrade

Un havre de paix au milieu du bruit et de la fureur indienne ! Un patio pour se détendre le soir et un restaurant non veg (rare à Varanasi). Et de plus idéalement placé à 15 mn des ghats.

La climatisation ne climatise pas grand chose (heureusement il y a un ventilateur). Pas d'eau chaude le soir
