Location is near the kashi Vishwanath Temple and hence had opted for the Hotel. Food served in the restaurant was good.

There is a lot of Government Infra work happening outside the Hotel and reaching the hotel in a car/cab is not possible. I had requested for rooms on the ground floor which was accepted according to message received from Booking.com but was put up in rooms on the 4th Floor. I had booked for 2 Premium Deluxe rooms but the room i was alloted was not deluxe or premium by any stretch of imagination.

Staff were very pleasant... and super efficient...from the finance and admin staff to the front desk..especially Pushkar who came up to the road personally assist us with the luggage. He made our stay so enjoyable and was so accommodating..he explained everything so patiently and didn't let us get taken advantage of... location was excellent and rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean

The only improvement I would suggest is perhaps shower cubicles be installed...

Le bruit no stop venant de la rue très très passante et des travaux du téléphérique qui devrait être terminé dans 1 an Mais Varanasi est une ville particulièrement bruyante
