飯店很髒很髒很髒，整個床都是別人的毛髮，換了一間還是一樣，請清潔來清還是一樣，水不熱水壓小、洗手檯阻塞、洗衣機不能用，反正問題一堆，客服願意處理，但處理不好

El hotel esta bien equipado de electrodomésticos y cubiertos.

No me gusto que no tenga sala de espera. Vinimos del otro lado del mundo. Cuando pagamos todo el hotel recien aparecio la hora del check in que era 16 horas. Hacia -36 grados afuera le llame al hotel le envie mensaje. Casi nos congelasmos ahí afuera. No nos hicieron caso. Recién 16 horas enviaron el codigo para entrar. Un mensaje que no era claro uno no puede distinguir cual es el codigo. Volvimos a pedir ayuda por favor mas bo recibimos ninguna respuesta del hotel. Tardamos 2 horas para entrar al hotel. No tienen para guardar equipaje. Imaginense 16 horas esperar el check in y a las 11 de la mañana ya debes salir no son ni 24 hs. No puede ser que no tenga sala de espera para que las personas que vengan de lejos esperen. Son -35 ° afuera. Me siento estafado que primero tengas que pagar para que muestre el horario de check in. No habia ninguno personal del hotel para ayudarnos. Nunca mas en este hotel y tampoco lo vamos a recomendar a nadie por que gue horrible la experiencia

très fonctionnel, cuisinette bien équipée, très propre. Machine à laver linge dans appartement, c'est super. Sauna super, très propre.

le canapé lit n'était pas de très bonne qualité. Manque un rideau occultant, très lumineux dans la chambre. Il manquait un meuble d'entrée pour y ranger les affaires de neige (suggestion: un meuble avec penderie et casiers pour gants, bonnets ....)

We stayed in this apartment for a 5-day mini vacation. The apartment is well equipped and has almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around and visiting the area.

However, cleanliness could be improved. Upon arrival, we found items on the floor that did not belong to us, which suggested that the cleaning had not been done thoroughly. Shower gel was also missing, so we had to purchase it ourselves. After notifying the host, we only received a response two days later (during the holidays), stating they were glad we had taken care of the missing item ourselves, which was not very reassuring.

Perfecte locatje, heel schoon, beschikt over alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt.

Enige minpuntje is dat je als koppel in 2 aparte bedden slaapt, die je weliswaar tegen elkaar aan kunt schuiven. Verder is het vrij duur, maar dat is alles in de omgeving.
