Access code not working during checkin. Need to contact customer service and it take sometime to resolve. We paid extra for the early checkin and this happen, disappointed with this.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, para estar unos días, camas cómodas, menaje de cocina suficiente, limpio, silencioso, ideal para 2 personas en nuestro caso.

En nuestro caso, no se si porque la habitación que nos dieron (que era el 38), se encontraba fuera, no interiormente que se notaba que estaba mas caliente el ambiente, considerábamos que la calefacción estuviese un poco más alta. Por otro lado a la noche, en un momento que me desperté para ir al baño, no salía agua.
