"Great stay but needs more kitchen ware facilities"

Location , clean and safe It contains washing machine that was not mentioned previously but it was great

"False advertising but the place itself was nice enough. I feel ripped off though."

The place was clean and relatively comfortable.

Overpriced for what it is and it is false advertisement. There are pictures of pools and hotel facilities. The apartment (not chalet) has nothing to do with the hotel. Hotel staff told us we were not allowed to use any pools, the hotel beach or eat there. They refused to help my elderly mother who struggles to walk by driving us down with the golf buggy because its "for hotel guests only." The advert is made to look like its part of the hotel but really its a small apartment with zero facilities. That's fine but if they were honest you could at least prepare yourself accordingly by bringing food with you etc. It put a dampernon what should have been a nice holiday.
