Best Western Executive Inn & Suites

The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and it was affordable.

The television was difficult to work.

A very friendly, personable front desk person welcomed us with 2 bottles of water and a quick check-in. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. This was one of the quietest motel I’ve ever been at. There were a few eating options close by. Parking was free.

I liked the proximity of places

One of the Better Best Westerns. Close to Major highways, in and out. Rooms clean, comfortable beds, the Hotel was WELL Kept up. Manager AND Staff friendly and available, if needed, Price was right and a good hot well attended Breakfast. Food was hot and Always available (didn’t have to wait for hot food)

The view was of a warehouse or a wastewater treatment facility

This was our final stay on our week-long cross country trip. Having stayed in a few Best Westerns along the way, this one was by far the worst stay I’ve had in a long time. During our check in the front desk attendant took a personal call. She also refused to add my husband’s Best Western rewards number, even though all of the previous Best Westerns accommodated this request. The room had a horrible smell abs there was a huge gap between the door and the door frame. The gap was so large that you could actually see the pattern of the hallway carpet outside our room. We hung one of our jackets over it to provide some sort of privacy. The breakfast was terrible and the property feels like it needs a thorough deep clean.

Free breakfast , did have green tea

Eggs, sausage cold, no butter, chemical filled butter substitute, no English muffins, We stayed at a hotel that cost the same amount, not far from here. I shared info about their breakfast and staff person stated" you got spoiled there". Yes we did and we will choose that hotel next time for sure

I like that the staff was very friendly and respectful. Room was clean and nice but bathroom needs to be updated.
