Our stay was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally nice. Great experience!

Staff was friendly. The property and rooms were very clean. There were two things that were undesirable. #1. In the hotel lobby and 1st floor air conditioning is perfect but in the halls after stepping out of the elevator it is uncomfortably warm on the 3rd floor. Once in the room it was better but having to experience this every time leaving the room was a issue for me. #2. There was a loud sound that would come on almost every 15 minutes then go away, not as bad when awake and talking but when trying to sleep it is very annoying! I DID NOT COMPLAIN or mention these things to staff or management because they appear to be a normal part of operations. However, these are some areas of improvement to make the stay better! I would stay again but only if I could stay on the 1st floor to avoid the issue with the warmth in the halls.

Decent Wi-Fi, a clean room, and available parking spaces. That’s all.

I had to wait outside the door while the reception checked my booking, even though I showed my reservation on my phone right away. Waiting outside at 2:30 AM was a bit scary. The breakfast was terrible—basically just a yogurt, if that even counts. Everything else was full of chemicals. The coffee was awful, just like tinted water. The rooms were horrible—everything was broken, the bathroom door handles were falling off, and there were gaps in the entrance door as wide as a finger. The noise from the hallway and other rooms was extremely loud. The blackout curtains didn’t close properly. Everything was old and worn out. The price does not match the quality of the rooms.

Easy on/off the highway. Quiet.
