There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property

The entire staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. The customer care is top notch. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Bonus, the location is great and easy to get to other local businesses.

Bed was comfortable, soaker tub was relaxing, and staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. Unfortunately that is where my positive review ends. It’s possible I just selected a bad type of room… but I paid extra for it. I was so excited to be able to sleep in for once being away from home, but blinds didn’t keep out any light and I could hear every single car passing outside so I barely slept and woke up early. You can hear everyone talking and passing your room in the hallway, every door open, and every car engine. Mostly disappointed.

The room was nice, check in was easy, and it was a nice surprise to have free hot breakfast. We picked the hotel because of the spa jacuzzi, which didn't disappoint & also it's open 24 hrs! Additionally the decor was up to date & the breakfast tables had nice centerpieces. Most hotels don't go to that level of detail in the breakfast area. It appears that the ownership actually cares about the customer experience.

I booked a King Suite with the whirlpool tub and fire place for our anniversary. The fire place did not work at all and the whirlpool tub pump would turn on but would not circulate any water. I informed the gentleman at the front desk and he just said "Thanks". Definitely won't be back to this location.

Loved the location, staff was amazingly kind and caring. The room was beautiful. We got a suite with a Jacuzzi in the room and the water was boiling hot! Breakfast was good. Loved that guests had access to the pool 24 hours. Incredible experience. Will be using this hotel every time we stay in this location from now on.

Location is great, clean, great pool and hot tub. The bed was big and had soft sheets. Breakfast was OK

The shower head sucked and after a long day in the car that was a bummer. There was a lot of pillows on the bed but they were all super fluffy, nothing flatter.

The room was lovely and the staff was very kind and courteous.

This was a LONG trip for me. I definitely have been in the service industry most of my life. It's amazing how SO many hotels charge as much...if not more for less. The guys at the front desk were very nice, and sincere. There's a difference. Love the set up, breakfast, pool and hot tub open 24/7! Great room. Hooked my YouTube up, it was a pleasure. Made for a better start to my day travel. Good sleep, great accommodations, easy access AND a great staff means A LOT. Thank you. I will look for u on future travels. 💞 Nancy Kay
