Best Western Plus Kennewick Inn

The entire staff are very accommodating to any special needs. Mark and Hunter helped us find a room that was more accessible for us. The pool open 24 hours is a bonus plus the free breakfast.

Everything was clean, service was great and breakfast had a lot of options.

Our room with 2 queen beds was everything one could ask for: spacious, well-equipped and well lit. The beds were super comfy, Our only issue was with nearby traffic noise - which obviously is not something the hotel could control, and is an unavoidable downside of being in such a convenient location to nearby major highways. We would have been happy to spend more time in this location if our itinerary had permitted, and hope to stay here again.

A bit dated, but great staff, a huge room, free breakfast and parking worked out well.

The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable.

Being a BW rewards member I stay in BW motels whenever possible. My husband and I were in town for a tennis tournament that required a 4 night stay. The hotel is clean looking with welcoming staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, and reasonably quiet. After the first night’s stay the electricity went out in half of the room. The only place that worked was the bathroom and the sink area, A/C, fridge. None of the lamps worked, and we had to charge our electronics in the bathroom. Maybe a minor inconvenience, but after 24 hours it still hadn’t been dealt with. I didn’t want to stay in that room, with potentially no guarantee of the issue being fixed, so I requested another room. After a few more hiccups I received keys to another room, and there was light! 😄 The frustrating thing is that during the outage we received no communication from the staff about getting the issue taken care of. Breakfast was typical BW, eggs and potatoes, waffles, cereal, etc. The area was kept tidy and well stocked. Coffee in room and breakfast area was lousy. There’s a Nescafé machine (no extra cost) in the breakfast room that gives you a much better cup of coffee! Internet worked well. Didn’t get a chance to use other amenities. It really wasn’t a “plus” experience for us this time!
