This is a beautiful building. We spent every night at sunset. It was magical.

We stayed in the split level studio for 5 nights. It was a bit tight because we wanted to spread out a bit. Probably better for a short stay.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Perfect location to walk to all main attractions. Plentiful bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The spacious roof top terrace was a fantastic bonus and we used it every evening as it overlooked the Cathedral. The staff from the management were extremely helpful and professional.

我们比常规入住时间早了1个多小时到，提前跟房东预约了入住时间，还是很友好的。房子的大门在一条窄巷里，uber没法直接停在门口，需要拖着箱子略走一点路。大门还算好找，在门口打电话给房东拿到了大门的code，在lobby略等了一会儿热情的工作人员来帮助办理了入住，并且热情介绍了整个facility里的各种设施。房子里总归有6套房间，location在老城的中央区，除了西班牙广场以外的大部分景点都是10分钟步行距离可达。西班牙广场打车过去大概2km多，10欧，也可以选择从皇宫这边坐马车过去，挺有意思的，除了小贵没缺点。 房子整体很干净，室内装饰也很有风格，还用了塞维利亚特色的橘子味的室内香薰，看得出来收拾得很用心，也保留了塞维利亚老城区的建筑风格，房子里的各种设施保养得也很好，几乎无可挑剔。天台的view很不错，值得highlight一下，不过上去需要爬一小段楼梯。房东布置了一小片沙发区域，坐着可以直接看到大教堂和皇宫，角度也很好，尤其是日落时分，这次去的时候天气也很好，喝点小酒看看风景非常舒服。地下室有洗衣房，不过洗衣机本身比较旧，洗洗日常衣物也够用了。步行200m左右有家乐福，餐厅区域也在步行可及区域，整体便利度也很高。

洗手间是暗间，通风略差。

Literally the most gorgeous place. The thought and effort that has gone into the whole interior of this property is incredible. The rooftop has the most amazing views over the city and so scenic for sunset. The room was perfect. The staff was very kind. We cant wait to come back and stay here again when we’re back in Seville. A real gem and can’t recommend it enough to anyone staying in this beautiful city !

es un Palau molt bonic

La nostra habitació molt senzilla i poc treballada. Poc acord amb les pretensions de l'espai i amb la resta de l'entorn...pagues un entorn que no disfrutes sols el mires i disfrutes d'un lloc (l'habitació) de no està al nivell de lo que pagues. (llençols baixeres curts sense ajustar al matalàs, es surten per tot arreu, mini finestra amb vistes a una pared blanca, tot molt senzill i mobles que no corresponen a l'estil d la casa. Hem de dir que el Palauet en sí, es molt bonic, molt net això sí, encara que poc acondicionat per gaudir-lo fent res. El terrat ple d'espais on gaudir de les vistes però amb el sol i la calor de Sevilla dificilment ho fas.

Our room was too close to the nice but heavy entrance door so we hear it bang when someone goes in/out.
