A beautiful building in an excellent location. The rooftop area was a bonus with fantastic views of the cathedral. Communication was excellent from the host even before arriving and throughout our stay. We will definitely stay in this property again and recommend to friends & family. Nuria provided us with lots of good information about the city and recommendations on where to visit.

We knew before booking that there was no pool area but would be a fantastic addition to the rooftop area.

This is a historic building converted into condos. Any of the staff that we encountered were very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. I appreciated the stove, fridge and kitchenware. You have access to a washer dryer in the basement where unfortunately there is no signal so it was hard to guess how to use the machines! (no google translate). The location of the building is excellent- easy to walk to Real Alcaraz and the cathedral etc.

Unfortunately we were put into suite #1 which is just inside the heavy building doors. It was pretty noisy when the entry door slams shut and people speak loudly as they walked by the condo door. Also you hear people ( and their luggage) go by the window which is at street level. I think it would be fine if you don’t get room 1. Lastly there’s a lot of wood fragrant diffuser sticks throughout the condo I think in part to mask some ?pesticide? In the closet. There were some flying insects about.

Everything! The staff was terrific, the breakfasts delicious, and offered help and guidance when our luggage did not arrive day after day.
