Great location, astonishing view of San Gimignano. Really clean apartment, nice host and very beautiful garden. 5 min to the city, delicious breakfast. Would recommend every time!

First of all hospitality of the owner Gabriella was exceptional. Antico Casolare is located few minutes walking away from San Gimignano. Breakfast was perfect, the view while having breakfast was outstanding. If we will go again we will stay there without hesitation.

Gabriella was a fantastic host, so kind and attentive. The view is also breathtaking and we felt so lucky to have a delicious breakfast in the garden every morning. The location is perfect, far enough that we felt like we were in the countryside but very close to San Gimignano. It was a 5 minute uphill walk which was more than manageable (even in heels). There is also a winery in walking distance so we could go on a lovely wine tour without having to worry about transport. Gabriella also makes her own wine and olive oil which we loved. In the evening we could stargaze and it was all very romantic. We couldn't have asked for more and are very grateful for our stay. We hope to stay here again!

We loved everything

Host was attentive and we felt like we were in good hands during our stay. We also appreciated the AC on some unusually hot days in Tuscany. In the early mornings and evenings, it was nice to relax in the garden area and enjoy the views.

Our stay at Antico Casolare was perfect. The location and the view of San Gimignano was perfect. Breakfast was served in the yard with the view of the old medieval town, breathtaking. And it was just a few minutes walk to the the town. The owner was super nice and helpful, she gave us coupons for local restaurants, explained what was where in the town and we had a nice chat with her whenever we saw each other. She even let me park at the property after our check out as we went out to explore the town some more. The owner is also vine and olive oil producer so we bought a bottle of home made Vernaccia vine. Maybe the best thing, since we were so tired after a long drive, was bed! The pillows and the mattress were so good, I slept like a baby! Everything is memory foam! Easily the best sleep I had in Italy! Would definitely recommend this place and come back again!

Lovely stay in an amazing location. Gabriella was extremely helpful and our stay was perfect. The house feels completely in the countryside and yet it is just a few minutes walk into San Gimignano. Very comfy bed!
