"All in all still good."

As usual, the room was very clean. I love that they serve breakfast. The hotel itself seems very clean.

Unfortunately this time the girl that checked me in wasn't very hospitable in my opinion. She never told me that I had to ask for room service in order to have a housekeeper or get new towels. I mean, we stayed for 3 nights not just one night. Also I had the mirror from the bathroom literally fall on me. It hit my head and my arm. I called the front desk to let them know. Whoever answered the phone had a tone as if not interested. She DID ask if I was ok and asked if I'd like to change rooms. We didn't want to but it made me feel almost as if i was bothering. When i checked out I asked the girl if I needed to fill out an incident report and she asked for what? Which let me know there was no notes under my room maybe. And i told her what happened, she said no you're good. So I don't know. This time it made me feel like I didn't want to bother the staff because even when I made small talk they seemed disinterested.

"Underwhelming and Overpriced stay"

Location to highway. Friendly staff

Room didn’t seem well taken care of. Carpet was very dirty, socks would be black after walking around on it. Main door was poorly sealed. Let a lot of light and noise through. Window shades also let a good amount of light in. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable.
